ESG Consultant
Lead ESG reporting engagements for multinational clients. Prepare GRI, CDP, Bursa and CSRD disclosures. Conduct materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- ▸Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business or Engineering
- ▸2+ years ESG consulting or corporate sustainability experience
- ▸Knowledge of GRI Standards, CDP questionnaires or CSRD preferred
- ▸Strong report writing and client communication skills
Social Compliance Consultant
Conduct SMETA, RBA, WCA and WRAP audits at manufacturing facilities. Document findings, prepare audit reports and support factories on corrective actions.
Requirements
- ▸Degree in any discipline; SMETA or RBA auditor certification preferred
- ▸1+ year social compliance auditing experience
- ▸Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- ▸Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam
Carbon Management Specialist
Support clients through ISO 14064-1 GHG inventories, carbon footprint assessments (ISO 14067) and CBAM compliance. Implement carbon accounting tools.
Requirements
- ▸Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or related field
- ▸GHG quantification experience (ISO 14064/14067)
- ▸Understanding of CBAM and emerging carbon regulations
- ▸Proficiency in data analysis tools
Supply Chain Inspector
Conduct factory inspections, quality audits and social compliance spot checks at manufacturing facilities across China.
Requirements
- ▸Technical background in manufacturing, engineering or quality management
- ▸1+ year factory inspection or quality audit experience
- ▸Fluent in Mandarin; conversational English
- ▸Ability to travel frequently within China
Training Coordinator
Coordinate HRD Corp accredited training programs. Manage scheduling, participant registration, venue coordination and post-training assessments.
Requirements
- ▸Degree in Business, HR or related field
- ▸2+ years training coordination or L&D experience
- ▸Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDF) processes preferred
- ▸Excellent organisational and communication skills
